Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Lisa Bee's Crafts website (the “Site”) and any purchase you make from Lisa Bee's Crafts (“we,” “us”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. You agree to provide accurate, current information and are responsible for any activity under the contact details you give us.

2. Our handmade products

Every item is cut, sanded, painted and finished by hand. Because of this, and because wood is a natural material, each piece may differ slightly from its photos in grain, color, size and brush strokes. These variations are part of the handmade character of our work and are not defects. Colors may also look different on different screens. Dimensions listed are approximate.

3. Personalized and custom orders

For personalized items you are responsible for the accuracy of the names, words, spellings, colors and other details you provide. We paint exactly what is entered with your order. We may contact you to clarify details before starting, and we may decline any personalization request that is offensive, infringes someone else’s rights or is otherwise inappropriate. Personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or we made an error.

4. Orders, pricing and payment

• All prices are in U.S. dollars. Applicable sales tax is added at checkout.
• Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send an order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel any order — for example, if an item is unavailable, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud — and will refund any amount charged.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By submitting payment you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method.
• Promotions and discount codes are subject to their stated terms, cannot be combined unless stated, and have no cash value.

5. Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. Orders with a merchandise subtotal over $50 (before tax) ship free; other orders ship for a flat rate shown at checkout. Items are made to order and typically ship within 3–5 business days; delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Title and risk of loss pass to you when we hand the package to the carrier. 6. Returns, damage and refunds

Non-personalized items in their original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price; return shipping is your responsibility. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will repair, replace or refund it at our cost. Full details are in our Shipping & Returns policy.

7. Email and text messages

If you opt in to our marketing emails or text messages, you agree to receive them as described in our Privacy Policy and SMS Terms. Consent is never a condition of purchase. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any email, and from texts by replying STOP.

8. Intellectual property

All designs, product artwork, photographs, text, logos and other content on the Site are owned by or licensed to Lisa Bee's Crafts and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. Our designs are original and copyrighted. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, reproduce, sell or create derivative works from our designs or content without our written permission.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, scraping it with automated tools, submitting false orders or information, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

10. Reviews and submissions

If you send us reviews, photos, ideas or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce and display that content in connection with our business, and you confirm you have the right to grant this license. Shop ratings and review counts shown on the Site reflect the figures shown on our Etsy shop.

11. Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, except as expressly stated in these Terms. Our products are decorative and are not toys; small parts and hanging hardware may not be suitable for young children.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lisa Bee's Crafts will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lisa Bee's Crafts from any claims, losses or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site, including personalization content you provide.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Utah County, Utah, and you consent to their jurisdiction, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court. Before filing any claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve it informally.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and the effective date above will be updated. Orders are governed by the Terms in effect when the order was placed.
