Shipping & Returns
Free shipping on every order over $50. Orders of $50 or less ship for a flat $7.95 anywhere in the continental United States.
Processing time
Each piece is cut, sanded, painted and sealed by hand when you order, so please allow 3–5 business days for us to make and ship it. Personalized items and large orders may take a little longer during the busy fall and Christmas seasons — we’ll let you know if we expect any delay.
Delivery
- We ship within the United States via USPS, UPS or FedEx, with tracking on every order.
- Most packages arrive 2–6 business days after they ship.
- Tracking details are emailed to you as soon as your order leaves our workshop.
- Need it by a certain date? Contact us before ordering and we’ll do our best.
Returns
We want you to love your piece. Non-personalized items in their original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Email hello@lisabeescraft.com with your order details to start a return; return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, and your refund for the item price is issued to your original payment method once the return arrives.
Personalized and custom items are made just for you and can’t be returned unless they arrive damaged or we made a mistake.
Damaged or incorrect items
We pack every order carefully, but if something arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We’ll repair, remake or refund it — at no cost to you.
Handmade variation
Because each piece is hand painted on natural wood, grain, color and small details will vary slightly from the photos. That’s the charm of handmade!
