Are your products really handmade?
Yes. Every piece is traced, cut out, sanded, hand painted and finished in our workshop in Santaquin, Utah. Nothing is printed or mass produced.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — every order over $50 ships free within the United States. Orders of $50 or less ship for a flat $7.95.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Items are made to order and ship in 3–5 business days. Delivery usually takes another 2–6 business days, and you’ll get tracking by email.
Can I personalize a sign with a name or word?
Absolutely. Personalized products have a personalization box on the product page — enter the exact name or word, colors and accents you’d like, and we’ll paint it just for you.
What are your products made of?
Each piece is cut from solid wood, sanded smooth and painted by hand. Most are between 1/2" and 1-3/4" thick, and pieces meant for front doors have a protective clear coat. Exact sizes are listed on every product page.
Can your signs be used outdoors?
Our pieces are sealed but are designed for indoor or covered-porch use. Items described as weather protected hold up well on a covered front door; avoid direct rain and harsh sun to keep colors bright.
What is your return policy?
Non-personalized items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Personalized items can’t be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect — in that case we’ll make it right at no cost.
